I bring significant coaching skills as well as a practical and pragmatic approach to complex situations. I can provide a calm space for those of you with very busy lives to look at your situation differently. I have a particular expertise in working with the public sector, but also enjoy working with the charitable and private sectors.
With 35 years experience working as a doctor in the NHS, I bring extensive experience of working with NHS professionals as well as with many other partners such as the local authorities, Scottish Government and the third sector and I fully understand the complexities of working in the public sector.
